The Migraine Relief Program is a natural program that will change your life forever. It is based on the following three pillars :
PREVENT: Quality of life can greatly improve if you learn how prevent and how to identify migraines and the warning signs before they appear.
CONTROL: If a migraine appears, it can be easily controlled by applying simple techniques in order to relief pain and stop it before it gets worse.
TREAT: Once a migraine is experienced, the use of natural techniques and remedies will help you stop it and eventually get rid of it. The techniques are very simple to follow and can bring immediate relief.
Getting a migraine headache has become all-too-natural for people who live hectic, hurried lives in the city. It is no wonder that every urbanite’s cupboard or medicine cabinet is often stocked with pain relief medications. When the migraine headache comes back, we simply repeat the practice. While it seems harmless to take migraine headache pills for a day or two, overusing it can have unexpected and serious consequences.
If I am out of my normal routine, I often get a migraine which is really debilitating. I drink loads of water and use Migraleve tablets (I am allergic to salicylates) which work but make me tired! Why is it that the body reacts in this way and gives me a migraine?
I used to live near someone who would get these attacks every once in a while, and some close relatives and neighbors would go over when she called, and they would give her a shot in the leg to stop it. She became very disorientated and was in excrutiating pain. Does anyone know what this condition is called?
I have been in agony for several days : ( I have to wear sunglasses inside the house because it hurts to look at light.(wearing them now while on the computer) I have pretty much been in bed with ice packs on my eyes/face. I have used Firocet which usually works but has not this time.

I am staying in a hostel where it is insanely noisey, all the time it feels like. I’ve had terrible migraines the past 2 nights that won’t respond to anything. I’ve tried advil, tylenol, asprin, BC, prescription medications, using earplugs, turning out the lights, cool washclothes, everything. Does anyone have any suggestions I’m missing? The simpler the better since I don’t have much stuff out here and am not capable of driving to the store at the moment like this. But I welcome all ideas. Thanks so much.
